The sound is much better when the ski is on the water

Do you know how many degrees, on average, this trumpet can reduce intake temps? Badass looking LX-S btw!

Love these questions. I don't know the exact number, but I'm now going to find out the number.

@@BrisbaneKawasaki Thank you for the response, looking forward to the results. I seem to run avg. stock intake temps around 114 degrees Fahrenheit here in Jupiter, FL.(during our hot Summer months)

Does this mod work on lx160?

Will this interfere with bilge maintenance? I saw that the vent tubes need to come out. I guess disconnecting an additional hose isn't a big deal.
@BrisbaneKawasaki2 жыл бұрын
won't affect the bilge at all.

So should I cover those vent holes up when washing the ski?
@BrisbaneKawasaki Жыл бұрын
Not required, just don't stick the hose down there without the bungs open on the back of the ski.

@@BrisbaneKawasaki what about water getting into the trumpet from going through waves? I probably need this mod, I'm in hot south Florida
@BrisbaneKawasaki Жыл бұрын
@@JetskiMike Mate there is constant air pressure coming out there when running. When the ski is stopped the seats are on. Water won't get far and if you have water going in there as you go over waves you have more problems than you think :)

@@BrisbaneKawasaki awesome 🤣 sorry I didn't realize it had that kind of pressure until I turned the volume up. How important is the block off cap? Couldn't you just leave it open for more air? This would pair nicely with that air filter kit...
@BrisbaneKawasaki Жыл бұрын
@@JetskiMike those return feeds are after the airfilter. Leaving them open is a no go. You used to be able to get filters for them from R&D, but running the kspeed cool air panel, makes them suck water. So either the block off, or the return lines (as per oem)
