Do not travel in this bus on last row. It is hell. No place to sit due to less height. Engine Sound & heat. Volvo must restrict only one sleeper row or abolish last row. Do not buy last row tickets.

Pathetic experience. The air-conditioning was faulty from the journey to Pune and during return the bus broke down. The driver was literally helpless as he had complaint this issue earlier to the depot manager but they didn't do much to rectify the issue. Buses are not maintained well and absolutely disgusting and unclean after this free bus scheme...
