I don’t know if you have included Private Hospitals in the list of Nursing Homes or not. If you mean all private medical institutions, then I must say Doctors attending those institutions are probably mainly responsible for false/heavy billing, unnecessary treatments, unreasonable costs etc. Because, apart from the promoters all renowned doctors are part of Board of Directors in all those institutions. Actually they are the key persons to advise the institutions how to squeeze patients
