I got rib pain from using crutches, found this video and decided to check out their website. Luckily it was available at my local drug store. Had to ask sales person to help me find it cause it wasn't in bandage section for some reason. Tried it and works very well relieving pain, but MUST shave area and clean with alcohol or won't stick. I wasted several strips before learning my lesson. Try it, sure beats having to take lots of pain meds or worse yet, living with the pain!

Charles Mantaghi About 2 weeks after. There was a couple of times that the pain comes back after doing something hard on my back so I would have to rest my back for 2 days. It is feeling a lot better now.

I was in an accident and broke 2 ribs. The x-ray shows they have healed, but I have been in pain since I broke them 2 years ago! Wish I knew if this really works before I spend my money on them.

Designs By Sher I've tried this for cracked ribs. Save your money and buy some calcium supplements. KT tape is snake oil for half of their supposed applications.

I've just had a bike accident 3 weeks ago and I've fractured my collarbone, broken 9 ribs 4 at the front and 5 at the back and I too had a pneumothorax. I feel your pain sleeping sucks so bad I'm still sleeping on a lilo because my bed is too hard and my sofa is broken. Please can you shed any light on when this could potentially get better for me? I fractured 7 ribs 8 months ago. The ribs have joined but there is extreme tightness ( like a tight band) where the ribs broke. This tightness changes into soreness if I walk around s lot. Possibly a muscle issue? Could it be damaged scar tissue? Would a ks tape help?

It may be the scar tissue the breaks made whilst healing, if it is the only thing you can do is stretch through it. You are supposed to keep moving and stretching all the way through the healing process. but I feel for ya dude, i only have 2 broke ribs (for the second time) and its hard for me to keep doing it never mind having 7 to deal with. So last night my Rottweiler accidentally. It’s likely from binding too tightly using the tape. It’s why binding with tape/bandages is avoided and proper compression binders are your safest options
