You download the software by taking a picture of the bar code in the manual. Make sure your blutooth is on and accept the connection request on your phone. This will allow the watch to get the date and time from your phone. And once you installed the software you can have notifications of sms and phone calls displayed on your watch, provided you are within blutooth range. Hope this helps.

I have this same watch and I'm pretty sure it's faking the medical stuff. It's dirt cheap tho so it's worth the price for the non medical features.

@@Gadgetsnewsandtests the watch definitely fakes the health numbers it gives you. You can put it on a drink bottle and get the same numbers it gives me on my wrist. I still use it. Just for the smart watch stuff and nothing health wise
