I am probably the biggest alice fan ever, I just love the guy and have followed him since 72. I have to say that I hope Alice tells other Alcoholics that they have to work towards their sobriety. One day at a time and never allow yourself to lie to yourself. Honisty to oneself is the key to Sobriety. I hope that people don't get the idea that it is just taken away by asking for it to be taken away. Alice Rocks!

What a disappointment I suffered watching this interview. Nothing wrong with the interviewer or Sheryl, just reminded me of personal a sadness. When Sheryl spoke of her Baptist father welcoming Alice into the family and attending his concert. Especially considering Alice Cooper was a hard rock band and his dramatic, shock horror live performances. I on the other hanf had an unfortunate encounter with my then would be father in law who is a militant 7th day Adventist. A non orthodox sect that has no regard for the rest of the Christian community. I was a regular Joe, dressed conservatively and presented in an average manner but was attending a Pentecostal church at the time. And I got chewed up because of it and treated with disdain and contempt because I wasn't part of his precious remnant sect. And another time was preparing to attend his service with my wife and he blatantly told me to my face I don't have to come to his church as I'm not one of them. And not told nicely either. How can one Christian father welcome a hard rocking shock rocker into the his family and another one have nothing but contempt for a fellow believer in Christ?
