I am Scientific glassblower from Chennai, India. I am almost felt thrilled to watch this excellent work , without blowing. The precession lathe machine, burners and tools of carbon rods and plates made with professionalism is really astonished Real skill wow Beautiful .salute to the master glass blower.

O yes I hate this when a interesting video get played in high speed. it is so much better to look it in normal speed.

Nice! That is why I posted the original video at the end. To give people an option.

Is that masking tape to hold the joint in the holder? Good idea as those things like to slip sometimes on the firecut.

Hi! Thank you for this wonderful video - how do you regulate the gas flow in the carriage burner, via pedal? And how do you ignite it? Is there a pilot flame?
@dextmo68904 жыл бұрын
Considering how the flame lights up, I would assume there is a pilot light. I'm certain the carriage burner uses a pedal system for gas flow, though.

It looked like the globe cracked at on point, if so did you fix the crack and could you do a video on that ? " welding cracked glass" maybe :) thanks for the great videos :)
@ktfords6 жыл бұрын
Yes you are correct it did crack, I just kept working it and it eventually sealed up by itself. This happens occasionally, the first thing to do is not take your flame off of it and just keep on doing what you're doing and eventually it'll heat up and you can either seal it or it will heal by itself.

great as always! (although the sliding transitions are abit jaring to watch at the start) keep up the great work!
@ktfords6 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The transitions are a package deal, when you pick a pre made theme. Just trying to edit to keep the time down. But, I can use a more less obvious transition next time.

The high speed, color changing, & cut scenes were extremely distracting, IMO. I recently found your channel & really started enjoying your videos, but this one was just hard to follow for me
