Yess, both the vacuum cleaner and microwave are included. If not, you can always request from the apartment responsible.

So what i understand....there is one toilet for every two persons....right?....its a split between 2 people

@@ramanline Families can get the whole apartment for themselves. If you are just one person, you will be sharing the apartment and only one bathroom is available. It is shared between you and your flatmate.
