Oh, dear, thank you very much for your work and informative reportage, I myself am a true Armenian and also with roots from the great western Armenia, namely Van-Igdir and according to the stories of my grandmother on my father's side, I am a descendant of the legendary commander Drastamat Kanayan. It's a bit complicated. While the Armenian republic was never established in the middle east (unless you count Cilicia but that was an Armenian state established and dissolved in the middle ages), we always inhabited Anatolia and the south Caucasus along with other ethnic groups.

When Armenians moved to Glendale, it was a desert. Armenian people like to build and create everywhere, where they live, so they builded Glendale city from scratch. If you don't like it, move away, nobody is holding you.
