Haha yeah a bit of a hiatus with filming but I haven’t stopped riding. 😅 I’ll be posting some actual riding vids soon on this and my 690 SMCR. I have a few rides worth of footage on my hard drive, just need to take the time to make actual videos with the footage.

What benefits do you think you will get from using that FMF 4.1? It's just the muffler right? I am also considering the 4.1 or the Q4 for my upcoming KTM 500, but for what I understand you don't have the pipe as well right? The Megabomb? Otherwise you can't use that P3 carbon protection, correct?

Truthfully I just got it for the blue titanium and carbon tip bling. haha A free flowing tip like the promoto billet/fastway tip will get you nearly the same flow without spending a bunch of money. The Q4 will perform just as well as any aftermarket exhaust while being a bit quieter than the 4.1. I think the megabomb gives you a tiny bit more power and quiets the exhaust down a little too. Probably not noticeable power but if you want the absolute most a megabomb is the way. The 500 has plenty of power with a fuel controller and more open exhaust though. but yeah you can't use the p3 guard with the megabomb

@@JetCityHooligan cool. I have an akrapovic on my 790 adventure and sometimes it’s helpful to let drivers be aware of my presence on stopped traffic/lane splitting for example. I think I will use a 4.1, and agreed, looks great :) my biggest concern is if it becomes just too loud and my ears ring when doing a long trip…

@@MarcoVilela Yeah I have a Wings on my 690 smcr that is quite loud. I wear earplugs most of the time when I ride, so noise doesn't affect me at all. The 4.1 has a removable spark arrestor. I haven't tried it without the spark arrestor but I imagine it would be a bit louder without it.

sorry for the late reply, I usually change the oil every 700-1000 miles. Just depends how long my rides are and how hard I rode the bike during that period.
