I took my 2020 ktm 500 exc six days around a smaller track and I was actually really impressed with how it took the jumps. I have all of the suspension settings on “sport”. It’s crazy that a street legal dual sport can go around a smaller track and not be horrible!

the 500 isnt made for the track its just too heavy and short for its suspension. Dont get me wrong i love my 500 and still think its the best bike to own for where i live but on the track it has flaws.

The suspension on any 450r or 250r will be stiff for sending it over jumps. Most enduro or trail bikes are way softer

You're right it's pretty flat however looks can be deceiving! This track is my favorite in the area. The parking lot is grass which means there's never dirt blowing around. The whole place is at a little bit higher altitude which means there's usually a breeze. And I've never seen anyone spinning cookies or foolishly playing in the parking areas. I've only been here a few times and I think it's definitely worth the trip.

Fooligan I have a tip for you, if you are riding your bike with a backpack on you can make a chest mount with a little strap and a clip , you can tie the strap on the backpack strap and clip the clip on the strap and start recording
