I think this time the design of that windshield doesn't work that well somehow. The stock tower on the 23 seems fine to me.

Why did you keep the old style windshield? Now all windshield are straight not curved...looks outdated IMHO

Agreed - the latest ktm factory style windshields look far better. But the work Rade has done here is impressive non the less!

Any issues discovered when both USB ports are installed and in use by f.e. a smartphone and the heated grips are on max heating level ? I read some posts on Facebook groups where users claim to have issues even when using only stock components. ( not on mine though ). Congrats on the new tower, looks very well designed and built as always from RADE/GARAGE !

the USB port has it’s own cable plug so you don’t use the ACC2 for the heated grips. But if you do you need to change the fuse for the ACC2 connector

How about the clearance between OEM aluminium handguards and your windscreen and instruments? On the OEM tower its way to close when I have my handbards tilted to position 1, but also the clamps are in the mounting hole thats the closest to the rider. It´s very enoying. I would expect better solution straight from factory.

there is bigger clearance between the RG windshield and OEM aluminium handguards.
