I bought one back in July while on leave. I almost crashed as it was given to me in sport mode 😂. I put it in rain mode to get used to it and since then, it's my favorite bike I've ridden yet!

This was such a great and helpful video. Thank you. I continue to be intrigued but not convinced about this bike. It's clearly very capable and massively fun, but the bits that are most tempting to me - someone who mostly rides Thruxton and Speed Triple - are all in the tech pack. The customization of rider aids, launch control, are cool and make this bike very different from what I have in my garage, whereas the Street Triple will be an experience, I think, simply like a more agile, less insane Speed Triple.

As long as KTM virtually restricts their bikes and charges for the techpack I will never put a dime into their company. KTM do what you want but I have principles and I think I am not the only one.

I got the ktm 950sm and it is a pig, but even that pig on the b-roads seems to do the trick, but one guy have a ktm 890duke and it is so small, is the 990 just as small(it should be as it is the same frame and all but), is it? :P

Duke 990 feels bigger then Duke 890 and Street triple ✊🔥
