Why do you prefer the 990 over everything.I have a choice of 990 or 1190 ,Which would you take. From western cape

I prefer my 990 for technical rides and tours because: - it’s been set up for that kind of riding. Crash protection, gearing, luggage etc - it’s a cheap bike. My 890 Rally cost 4x as much and I don’t want to damage it on these rides. 0” - fairly easy to maintain - It ‘s very capable and has a durable clutch

Depends 100% on your application of the bike. MotoZ Desert HT rear and Mitas E13 front is my combo of choice for the riding I do with my bikes.

@@NonekingAdv thanks - I'm stuck on a few options for soft/loose sand. Looking at the Scorpion Rally/Anakee Wilds at the moment. No experience with Motoz (in the USA) :(
