Facing the same problem in my RC390, oil leaked into the air filter box, due to excessive pressure from the oil blow by air filter box cracked. This is not due to the worn piston rings or head leakeage, but due to oil mixing with moisture and coming out of the escape valve on the cylinder head which is connected to the air filter box.

How much oil did you put during the oil change? this happens when you have put excessive oil in the engine (As I've read this from the local KTM forum in PH), never experienced this one before.

inn rc 390 engine is programmed to cut of after 179 kmm/h i think in duke 200 135 is the cut off limit

+Pranav Sujan we are using synthetic oil in Ktm motorcycle minimum it lost upto 8000km brother,1st service @1000km,8000km,1600km when you are changing engine oil simultaneously you have to change oil filter too and check the condition of airfilter for every 5000km.

You have to diagnose it bro,it happens do to various factors once check with mechanic some time it's just engine blow away do to high pressure in crankcase so the PCV valve blow oil in to airfilter.

Bro this problem also occurs by doing complete wheelie .. once is had in my ktm rc 200 ..... Most irritated one is the oil is strucked in all the pipe and sensors are stop working... Then I consulted with mechanic and slove the problem... beware fnd...

thats the funny thing its not lo g distance and only for interval of less then 20minutes of riding at around 70kmh .i have ask a few people and each one is diferent i really dont want to be cheated by changing a shitload of stuff and finding out its just because of a simple plug play or afan.or like your isue

+dude on duke no need to worry,just replace air filter.it happen when engine is filled with more than required oil it may blown to airfilter housing and when you rev motorcycle at high rpm for long time engine start to breath high some amount oil come in to.thanku

If you have white smoke it means your fueling is incorrect in the sense fuel is on the lower side. It can be because of fitting an aftermarket air filter or any modification to fuel map. If it is bluish smoke it's because of oil carryover which means your oil scraper piston rings are damaged which involves a lot of work and expenditure.
