KTM Duke cranks but Won't Start (Gear neutral sensor)- Repair

Hello my duke bs3 200 is cranking and not getting started . We have checked all wiring , fuel infector , spark plug . Everything is working fine . Still its not getting start . Any suggestions

My Duke 200 bs4 somedays starts with no problem. But on some it won't start by not making any sound, and it get start after certain minutes. I have changed clutchswitch, self switch, relay, battery is gud condition, wiring checked. Is there any soln

can be side stand sensor/ clutch lever sensor / battery terminals corrosion if the display is on if its off it can be something else

if the battery is at 13v and it's only crancking but not starting and clutch not showing green light when pulled then it will work

Duke 200 bs6 cranks and get started but it take at least 3 seconds to start after cranks.. But not immediate as it should be.

the cheap wat to go is carburator cleaner (need to remove the air filter to use)

then you gotta rull out all the possible problems compression * timing * ignition system * wireing * assembly * use the ktm duke service manual drive.google.com/file/d/1kft9u_xqr_iFpROsDStuxMPClT8euUkU/view?usp=sharing make sure your timing chain was installed correct thre is a small cap on the engine that if removed will show a line when the piston is at tdc once the line is visible .. the cam gears must be set to match the horisontal markings lines with the cam gears lobes facing outwards in order to reach the right timing
