Good vid. Thanks for making. Couple of observations - Rear sprocket - torque wrench goes on the nuts - not the bolts. And chain too tight.

Always stick abit of grease on the countershaft spines before putting the sprocket on, keeps them intact for much longer 😉

Can front sprocket be replaced without spiting the chain and just loosening chain tension on the back wheel?

I have a 2001 KTM 640 E. Quick question: What is the name of the plastic piece or guard that lays on top of the swing arm preventing the chain from rubbing. It is the piece closest to the front sprocket.Maybe called the chain sliding guide? After a long time, mine finally wore and fell off. Thank you, ahead of time.

Its name is chain sliding guard. Original part number: 58307073000. Chechk in google :)

Hey Buddy ! your videos are really awesome . how do you reach the slave cylinder on those bikes ? i guess i have to remove the front sprocket, right ? but it seems the small oil filter lines are in the way , do i have to lose oil as well ? my clutch isnt keeping the oil i put in it , i am guessing the slave cylinder is leaking , what do you think ?

Great vídeos! What brand and reference are the chain, front sprocket and rear sprocket that you are installing?

@@nyndmrts you wouldnt happen to know the correct torque for the nut holding front sprocket in place? i have a 07 625sxc lc4 assume its probably the same as this bike.

@@nyndmrts left a couple of replies for you, they get deleted. cant leave a email address I guess. we`ll see if you get this reply. but, i found the torques specs for the 625 sxc sprocket nut on a forum, 60nm. which makes sense to be somewhat less than the bigger bikes

Jó videó! Köszi a feltöltést! Épp egy lc4 640 supermoto vásárlásán gondolkozok! Esetleg írnál pár sort ide, hgoy mik a te tapasztalataid a géppel?! Megéri egy jó állapotút venni, nem költöm rá a nadrágomat? Tölthetnél fel több lc4 karbantársról szóló videót! ;) Köszi előre is a választ! Gumi fákat!

Nem volt vele gondom. Önindító reléjénél szakad el egy kábel, más hibája nem volt. Érdemes utolsó szériást venni és rendszeresen áthúzgálni a csavarokat az egész motoron a rázkódás miatt.
