What do you think, should I pay 7000 euros for the SMC with 10k km or pay 3000 more for a SMC-R with 5k km?

Pay the 7000 Euros for the SMC, because it is much cheaper and with this money you can buy all Powerparts, that the SMC looks much better than all SMC-Rs :-) and even than you will be much cheaper....

I see, i have to put a 25kw map to it but thinking about getting a quick map switch (probs a trail tech) and then downloading in a full map as well so i can switch between the restricted one and full power one in case of police problems :p

10000€ for a used, 5000Km SMC-R ? i paid 9300€ for a brand new 2016 KTM 690 Enduro R, why would you pay 700€ more for a used bike ? It should have lots of mods like akrapovic, LED indicators, short number plate, akrapovic heat shield and whatever for this price

So what's the difference between those two bikes? Because I want to buy a Husqvarna 701 that is the same thing of the SMC, but I don't know if SMC-R is more powerful than the SMC

The smcr has a little more power and more ccm than the smc ;)
