There is a question of outright receiving of money(evidence) and public perception.Why did the judges in the Gachagua case refuse to rescue themselves? Before the conclusion to vacate the conservatory orders,the same ruling states that they had established a prima facie case.Were they corrupted or not ?What is the public supposed to think?
