Jomo kenyatta Born 1889 was over 74 years on Dec 1963 at kenya independence that makes him over 85 years old in 1975 at the time of J M kariuki assasination.The presidents advisers are the Attorney genneral and cabinet ministers.Jomo kenyatta was surrounded by people as AG Charles Njonjo, mbiyu koinange , j kareithi, james gichuru kikuyus carefully chosen by the British to be in the Independence carbinet even before kenya became independence as early as 1960 when kenyatta was still in dention. This few kikuyus were among the very few who never participated in kenya independece struggle ,they were children of British Unti maumau loyalists childeren of chiefs eg AG charles Njonjo who father was chief Njonjo who during the indepence struggle in the 1950's charles njonjo was actually pursuing studies in both london and south african as a lawyer educated by the British colonialist as an incentive because of his father Chief njonjo loyalty to the british.This unti mau mau and pro british loyalists during the freedom struggle thus had not partcipated in the freedom struggle as they were children of british loyalists such as administrative chiefs and the homeguards unit the british created unit made of kikuyu loyalists who fough alongside the british to fight against the freedom army of kenya the mau mau in the 1950's.

If it wasn't him then he wouldn't have had the need to alter the Mwangale report to cover up some names because their presence in the report would have implied that he was party to the assassination. Oh yes, Jomo Kenyatta was right in the middle of not only JM's murder but a number of other politicians killings in Kenya. Don't just go around doubting things. Use your head and apply reason.

Just like you I’ve taken a piece of data and made my conclusion. Either of us could be right. Mine is just a personal conclusion but happy to be challenged with some evidence or other convincing data. The point on the mwangale report to me is not logical, did he cover up his name or names of others and why ? Perhaps a close friend and though disappointed he had to look after them, yes a crime to.. obstruction of justice but not necessarily murder mastermind. You can’t conclude that because he altered the report then he did it.. that’s a lazy analysis, not calling you lazy just saying in terms of looking at data … one of us is right but none of us has enough data to be certain I guess … good morning
