While I somewhat agree with you, had the police departments taken Mr.Vallow's concerns more seriously about Lori being sick and evil, maybe, just maybe this would have ended different. But as always the poor poor pretty lady can be completely evil and sick but can worm her way out of any situation by batting her eyes. REPEATEDLY police had contact with her. REPEATEDLY there were concerns about Lori. They waited until everyone was dead. They did catch her, true, but their lack of action on this monster shows they were not very successful or good at their jobs.

I don't mean to sound rude or anything like that. I have a strong faith and my anger over what happened to these innocent people, especially those children, is such a horrific thing that it has my stomach in knots. The jury and the witnesses were instrumental in this verdict and for that they deserve thanks for Justice being served. Looking back at this entire situation however, there were a lot of poor judgment that the police showed. When Charles Vallow called the police about Lori's behavior they waved it off. THEN after Charles was killed, which he told them that he believed she'd do, they did nothing. Lori's brother killed Charles outright at Lori's request. Their investigation in that matter was pathetically inept and then her new boyfriend's wife dies, and again nothing. Then her kids disappear. THEN they finally figured out, hmmm maybe she IS BAD? Again I apologize but these people who wear badges are supposed to protect people, not play batty eyes with some sick blond who as shown by the police cam footage, laughed and flirted with the police while her ex husband lay dead in the house. So I can't give the cops much credit.

What bothers me is that Charles Vallow told the police that Lori was delusional, threatening, and dangerous. However once the cops met her, she batted her eyes, smiled and played the poor little girl who was the victim, the cops let her go. Next this same person who claimed Lori was extremely dangerous turns up dead while she went out? Huh? Again nothing was done. Or even basically investigated. It wasn't until the children disappeared that these cops FINALLY decided, huh something might be wrong here. Serious questions need to be asked about why Charles' concerns were not addressed or pursued more.
