@@l.a.3479... The prosecution team of Moscow Idaho not the lawyers for the families wishes. Idaho University is a university that cares little for students vs the money they bring into the university. They should have constructed an outer shell to the house to be taken down once the jurors have been polled for Kohberger's unanimous conviction of a "guilty" verdict. However, like an appeal to we know of Bryan's sentence, an appellate court wouldn't have seen the house either. It will just be a case with pictures and photos but not the actual experience (not that the jury would have a more changed opinion on guilty and not guilty before verdict vote we hope).
@l.a.3479 Жыл бұрын
@@lawrencejelsma8118 Actually, the prosecution is led by the Latah County, Idaho, prosecutor, because Moscow, Idaho, where the crime occurred, is located in Latah County. Yes, the personal lawyers for the victims' families advocate for those families' wishes; however, my point was those wishes vary regarding whether the house stays or goes, and when. It will not just be photos at trial: a small, to-scale, model of the home is being constructed for the trial, and that will be sufficient. Jurors rarely visit crime scenes, and it's unnecessary in this case.

We had a similar case in NZ and neighbours were threatening to burn the horror house down if the authorities didn't, so it was burned down safely by the fire brigade. Arsonists could have caused the whole neighborhood to burn. In any case, there was nothing left to see as walls and floors had been removed for forensic tests and the judge said for that reason he wouldn't allow the jury in there. Only 1 little finger print left on the sheath, no other dna. Using a knife with blood all over it would cause it to be unstable in one's hands. People do work, etc.. why would you do this when people are sleeping?? What is wrong with the people in this area?? Crazy in multiple ways...

It's after 7am and legally you can do construction between the hours of 7am and 10pm there.
@BjBeam Жыл бұрын
It started around 7am. Sunrise is not until around 7:30. Construction workers like to start early. Most of the houses around are student rentals hence doing this on Christmas break.

The idea that anyone believes all evidence wasn’t already seized and models created is living in a fantasy world. This house is a tragic reminder of brutal murders. People are so eerily weird and obsessed with created drama to an already real drama that needs no more.

So they may as well toss the sheath. They’ve taken pictures of it and removed the DNA.

Finally, some common sense. I was wondering if I’d see it in these comments.
@gracetruthandlight Жыл бұрын
Anybody who says something like that has zero critical thinking skills. This is why I never in history has a murder house been torn down before the trial. Physical evidence is much more important than you can comprehend.
@sythmc8600 Жыл бұрын
@@gracetruthandlight - So, then what happens when the crime scene is a burned down home? Please stop reacting with emotion. You act as though there’s no evidence. Let’s get to the crux of why this pains you and many others. You need to see, re-enact and be a part of the gruesome murder that you cannot quite do without embedding yourself in the scene.
@sythmc8600 Жыл бұрын
@@buckshotbeulah - The house isn’t evidence. It’s the scene from where evidence has been seized. Stop being overly dramatic 🤦♀️

This just adds to the suspicion of this being a major coverup. Unbelievable that a this was allowed to happen.
@tastyredsauce Жыл бұрын
Only to people who fall victim to online true crime conspiracy theories. For normal people it doesn’t add any suspicion at all. It’s a step towards healing, for that community. I understand it’s hard for some of the families to see the world move on, but they shouldn’t dictate the criminal and judicial process.

Now it’s a crime scene on top of a crime scene. Local News you all know what really happened you need to start reporting THE TRUTH of that nightmare at 1122.
@CustosMorte Жыл бұрын
How is it a crime on top of a crime? What really happened on that night is 4 students who had their whole lives ahead of them were murdered in that house. That's what happened. There's no cover up, no conspiracy, nothing. You need to log off the internet and get some help.
@adamchilds1336 Жыл бұрын
This so wrong in so many ways you are saying we have the killer don't need house before it even goes to court. You are convicting him before it even starts and if i was on jury i would want to see house how he got in how dark it is at night this is bad.

The construction ordinance there is 7am. Sunrise was at 7:38. If you watch a streaming video you can see the sun come up

@@ssg558 Thank you. I just know around here in my area that if they start doing something that early in the morning there would be a lot of Karen's calling and complaining. Regardless of the situation. I wouldn't be one of them. I was just curious. I would be at work lol

I dont think the house should have been demolished untill after the trial. I believe with the university it was some how about money. The families should have had the final decision. Time for the state to push for trial.
