@@xzmrquanzx yeah that is a shame but she did speak. That’s all I was saying. I like to just hear out both sides. I put somewhere on this thread that I liked both for different reasons. One thing I find fishy about him is the way he rode the border bill but no one ever acknowledges that there was more than just the resources in there. I think she’s a little fishy for allowing her team to attack his language thing but overall her take on homelessness is way better. It just has me questioning why that approach isn’t taken overall as a state. I really recommend you read prop 36 (I believe the one about increasing sentences) in your voter ballot. The argument against it is crazy and it’s such a good prop

The stereo type about communist red or Marxism labeling is not healthy. Both Steel and Tran parents escaped from communist. They’re no communists, rather strongly against those regimes. Also, for Steel to invoking emotion from VNese community by labeling Tran and Democrats as sympathetic to Marxism and Communism is just dirty politics. And for Tran to say Steel immigrated to US for economic not political reason is also unreasonable. Why can’t people seek better life in USA? Identity politics are bad, especially in this case as only dividing Asian communities.
