nice video, but Grafana Alloy is not open source. It's a commercial product offered by Grafana Labs as part of their enterprise offerings.

Well the answer is other way also, you can use it as a open source as well and can use it anywhere just like OTEL collector without buying enterprise license..that is what I meant. Hope it helps! Thanks!

You have explained the metrics and log for kubernetes cluster in which you used Prometheus and Loki .. Let say if we are running grafana alloy on kubernetes and trying to send the traces to grafana oss tempo not in grafana cloud . Do you think it's that possible .. Note : Not wanting to use the opentelmetry. Only trying with alloy to scrap the traces and send to grafana oss tempo.

Yes it is possible instead of giving grafana cloud tempo url, give grafana oss tempo url for capturing all your traces

What is alloy , i m using prometheus as datasource for grafana that is running on docker image of grafana , can i add a custom scarpe and job of promethues and how can i call it in grafana , also please let me know how can i use kuberenetes plugin in opesource community plugin into my clusters , i have many clusters it was difficult to manage all into single dashboard , kindly provide insights , i have added all environments data sources but i was stuck to show required jenkins pods in kubernetes couster of grafana , i want to set up monitoring for pod level and i have many namespaces and many clusters

Yes it is possible to add custom scrape job of Prometheus using Grafana Alloy, I have created one video in the same playlist on how to add custom scrape job..kindly check if it is helping in your use case. Also monitoring can be set at pod level via logs and metrics pls have a look at it that video it might help. Part-5 video of alloy in the same playlist

hi, i have one question,\. Let assume i have 5 kubernetes clusters. I want to send telemetry data using grafana alloy, not to grafana cloud but to some other cluster that have LGTM stack. The connectivity is there and i am getting data. But i want to used multi tenancy option in order to segregate data. there is an option in k8s monitoring helm chart that is tenantId. Can you please show how to use that option
