How to interacting with CRs not using Dynamic client?

If the CRs are created by you there are chances that you also have generated client code to interact with them. If yes, you can use that client code. If CR is not generated/maintained by you, but the code for cr as well as client to interact with that CR is open source, you can use that to interact with the CRs. If both of these options are not applicable, I think dynamic client is the only way.
