First time I hooked up my brush hog, I didn't get the yolk far enough onto the shaft to seat the collar and I started the PTO and the driveshaft comes spinning/flying off...totally earned my respect for power & danger.

I mentioned that tractor loader backhoe when you were looking at getting that mini excavator! The TLB + bush hog can handle so many different types of jobs it’s awesome. Wait until you get a grapple claw for that tractor! The ability to pick up debris so easily with the grapple is another game changer!

Whats that occasional loud noise upon engagement? I was told to always engage the PTO at low RPMs then increase it steadily to minimize gearbox shock.

@@TexasVeteranLawnService Dude you MUST push the clutch in to engage on these tractors or you will break something. I have this tractor. The PTO is direct drive, not hydraulically clutched like on larger tractors. That made me cringe whating, lol.

Where you doing that for a job, or fun/favor? It would seem like the less you can mess around with having to reverse or wander around the faster the job gets done and more $/hr. As a simple JD lawn tractor owner, I would have started around the fence line and gradually worked my way in, or do the longest rectangular area first, then on to the next. However that why I don't do this for a living. Great videos.

nice way to void your warranty.. there is a big sticker by the pto lever that says Push in the clutch to engage, and disengage the pto! ouch!!!! also need to chain, or zip tie the pto shaft cover it should not spin

Looking at the same unit. Do you find the 25HP to be enough when doing a feild like this? I really dont want to deal with emmissions is why Im also looking at the L2501

Man I could get that with my exmark zero turns . Put 2 mowers on that get done. then go do 6 or 7 lawns as well. It takes too many resources to bring a tractor to a site. I got tweel tires on all my motors You better watch out for those thorns they will go through the tractor tires. Been there done that
