Just wondering how practical it is to have a stepped-up a/c ledge flooring and what kind of furniture you can place above it. Certainly, no fixed furniture? If leaving it bare, kinda a waste of space.

A good way to utilise this particular space is just to have loose sofa on it? Basically, just a cushion without the base. Or put a foldable mattress on it and it becomes a sleeping area. I would go for the sofa. And it you match it (same material/cover) as your main sofa and that's customised, then it will become a L shape. Well hidden and people won't even know. 😀

Not many to be honest. This is comparing against those mixed developments that I have reviewed myself and are already completed. Those not completed yet (such as META City, which I reviewed recently), I will not compare since it's apple to apple. I would probably say You City 3? Mall space looks decent and a few big brands are already operating. No hotel and office components but the direct connectivity to the MRT station compensates for it.
