Kuching actually more beautiful in 10 years ago before they started to remove big trees shading the main roads from Kuching Airport to Jalan Song area and PetraJaya's Pustaka Negeri to Cat Museum.

I was there 20 years ago and only just recently, just before the pandemic. It had no bridge the first time I was there . The city is full of interesting Chinese culture, better than KK . Not so modern , more traditional. Still a very Interesting city .

Skyrun pakai Dji FPV (First Person View) racing drone. Memang laju. Sebab video ni slow. 1. Pakai Dji mini 2, power memang kurang. 2. Sebab nak buat drone video yang as smooth as possible. Tak suka video goyang². 3. Sebab ramai request video panjang lebih 10 minit.

To be honest , there is not much development in kuching ... everything is almost still the same , basic salary earning in kuching is lower compared to miri n bintulu , not much job opportunity ... if i drive around kuching , i really didnt know where i want to go ... round and round going back to the same old place . Many places such as kenyalang park already dead , wisma saberkas also dead , wisma hopoh dead place ... the new shopping malls , inside got nothing to see . Night life is the worse ... i remember last times , kuching is a not so bad city to live in .

Well maybe your just old, there are many restaurants and fun place to hang out now and the malls are on par with developing cities with first time brands in sarawak opening their shops in kuching, our basic salary is not that low as what you have said and even with lower salary it is still cheaper to live in kuching compare to bintulu and miri. Not much job opportunities? Well that really depends on what field you are in

If you want nightlife (pubs and night clubs) I recommend going to Galacity the nightlife there is one of the best the city has ever offered through the years as there are numerous pubs and clubs within that area.

I agree the city centre is quite dead for some time now, made worse by covid situation. The new hubs are in the suburbs as Kuching is well spread out..go update yourself or get acquainted with locals who are into the night scenes.
