@Stussmeister I found the hidden 9th Capsule in Doppler Stage 1. To get it you have to have all 8 Heart Tanks, all 4 subtanks, the 4 Mecha Tanks, and the four armor peices. WITHOUT getting a Red Upgrade Peice. Make sure all health is full and there is a Red Light Capsule in Doppler stage one that gives you all 4 Super Upgrades

You can actually beat the rematch bosses extremely easily using Megamans own weapons, especially if you have Zeros sword. But I see the point of the video.
