I cant find this anywhere on the internet to confirm this but according to my Korean mum the reason they enter at a higher rank as ram said is to deter potential misogynistic bullying and other similar things from other lower ranks. In Korea military service is mandated for males so that means there are many males in the lower ranks. Women can enlist but they are placed at higher ranks at reasons stated previously. The reason for the bullying also might be because males have to serve and females don't which has become a gender battleground in south Korea. great video as always keep up the good work kudos!

One thing that always left me with doubts was the lore behind Vigil's Elite, "Zero Day Threat"? Is this some reference to Watch Dogs Legion or something? Or do we really have something in Rainbow's lore that explains this incident? (well, I suppose it was an incident, right?)

From my understanding it shouldn’t be a reference to anything in particular. A “Zero Day” is an exploit in a piece of code that allows for access into a system which nobody knows about. This makes sense for vigil as the whole idea there is that he’s an unseen hack which infiltrated a system before crippling it.

The next evolution for Siege Storytelling would be in game story telling, aka new dialogue when killing an enemy or reviving a teammate, though with the former this might have gameplay ramifications where you can kill an operator without knowing who they are and a unique piece of dialogue would give that away to you but honestly they should fully commit and make it so that when an operator dies they are revealed to the other team, just like how an operator is revealed for killing.
