I changed the front and back rotors and calipers.
Rotors - from 140mm to 160mm
Calipers - from black to blue color

Do you have to disconnect the battery before disconnecting the wires for the motor? My ignition/voltmeter is currently broke so cannot turn scooter off untill I get a new one, will I get a shock if I unplug the motor with it on?

Hey.. for safety, I prefer to disconnect the battery before doing anything to keep it all safe. There's No shock upon removing, but when you return it has..

This may sound odd but, how do you inflate the tires? Could you make a video about it, I have the same type of scooter (different name) and the place to inflate the tire looks almost impossible to access with a compressor.

Hey!.. I have special tool 24mm wrench designed to keep the hub wirings safe and easy to remove the knot

Thanks for getting back to me I got the socket wrench that the cable can go through, when I dissconct the motor cables to take the wheel off do I have to dissconnect the battery first? Just the scooter I have is a fixer upper project and the voltmeter ignition is broke so can't turn it off by the key untill I put new one on

hey there.. remove the rubber cover, 2nd using the 24mm socket wrench will be easy to remove the front wheel and same thing with the rear.

Hello! Xtech caliper made of hydraulic. The cable wires is just to pull the break lever and Caliper. Not necessary for hydraulic hose.

Hi mate great video... liked and subbed. I also have a Kugoo G booster, awesome scooter. I have 2 questions hope you can help. 1)What kinda mileage do you get from your G booster with full settings on level 3 and dual motors on? I get maximum 10 -12 miles!!! 2) How far does the volt meter go down before it completely shuts off? My G booster cuts of around 43 - 42.5 volts. Hope u can help Thanks

Sorry bro. Stock rotor was 140mm. I changed it to 160mm. Of course I have to add 180mm adaptors for the calipers to fit exactly to the 160mm rotors.
