KUGOO S1 Front Wheel Is Not Moving (The Break Is Stuck)

On August 11 I ordered KUGOO S1 Scooter. Yesterday its front wheel stopped working. It seems the magnetic brake is stuck or something. When I press speed pedal, the red ECU icon appears. It looks like the magnetic brake is still on. It is hard to push the scooter. When I disconnect the power cable, the front wheel is rotating much easier. Anyway, speed pedal is not working when I connect power cable back. It seems that there is something wrong with the front wheel. I tried to google some advices but found nothing.

Hello! I was driving the scooter with small speed (5km/h) one day and the motor started to trip. Turning on and off when the steering was fully pressed. After the motor did not start at all. No warning button, no error sign. Do you think it may be some overheated motor protection? How to fix this?

Last winter got stuck in a flash flood and the water was up to my knees, I changed the battery and the control unit and the errors are gone from the display now but neither the brake nor the accelerator works and the front wheel seems stuck. I have a kugoo S1 too! He served me for several months. In January 2020, I called an internet vendor that my engine lamp was on and that the scooter was not working. He has been harassing me for 5 months now, constantly looking for new photos and videos. Today is May 17, 2020. they've been texting me for 5 months. They first claimed to me that he could not send because of the situation in Europe with COVID-19. And mant and falf ago they promise to send. I think I bought trash from a scooter and the factory doesn’t stick to the warranty statement!

I have to press both in. I think my brake maybe installed backwards or upsidedown. Or maybe youre supposed to push in both. It works really well for me because i can just release the brake a little and tether it to slow down instead of using the wheel arch.

water got into my battery area and the battery stopped working, then I got a new battery and it powered on, but no throttle power, when I manually spin the front motor wheel by hand, I noticed the wheel felt bumpy and not smooth when spinning, I then disconnected the wheel power cable and the wheel manually spin smoothly. To fix this I bought a new controller and it works, also to stop water damage from front wheel spinning water into the battery compartment I used silicone sealant around open-wire holes around the battery compartment, now everything is perfect.

You have a motor problem try to unplug the motor connector and plug it back

It amazes me people are buying these, you only have to look through the comments to see they are unreliable, wasting £250 then buying a Xiaomi, just get the better scooter in the first place.

The problem is the magnet... Into the wire... Check the wire maybe some loosing connecting wire to your scooter.. Ihave same problem but I'll fixed it my own... U can glue stick the wire for protecting water also your monitor just glue stick it the wire in your monitor too. Because if the rain water passed on it on your monitor you will be shutdown..

I have my one on guarantee and they just sent me new part so I could fix this problem myself.
