Kuhadi Di Kheer (ਕੁਹਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਖੀਰ)

Story of a soldier who had to take refuge in an old lady's hut. The lady thought kind hearted but was a miser. Soldier was hungry after a long train journey and walking on foot in the jungle. The tough life on battle front had taught the soldier smart ways to deal with tough situations. He was not only able to make the miser lady share milk and other ingredients to cook a delicious kheer but also also praised by her.
