These sweet pancake bites is one of those that I like to buy at the Bazaar Ramadan. The fragrance from the pandan leaves and richness from the coconut milk are just perfect, with a little bit of sweetness in the center. Trust me you can't stop at just one piece! This recipe is super easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) coconut milk
1 cup (250ml) pandan water
2 1/3 cup (330g) all purpose flour
2 eggs
A drop of green food colouring, optional
1/2 tsp salt
Castor sugar for filling
(Method in the comment)
Note:
1. For pandan water, mix 3 tbsp of pandan extract with 205ml of water to make 1 cup.
2. Substitute pandan extract with pandan emulco if you don’t have pandan on hand.
3. Adjust the sugar in the filling to your liking.
Bahan-bahan:
2 cawan (500ml) santan
1 cawan (250ml) air pandan
2 1/3 cawan (330g) tepung gandum
2 biji telur
Pewarna hijau
1/2 tsp garam
Gula kastor untuk inti
Nota:
1. Untuk air pandan, campurkan 3 sudu besar ekstrak pandan dengan 205ml air untuk membuat 1 cawan.
2. Gantikan ekstrak pandan dengan emulco pandan jika anda tidak mempunyai pandan.
3. Gula ikut citarasa anda.

Kuih cara manis Method: 1. In a blender mix all the ingredients except the sugar. 2. ⁠Blend the ingredients until smooth batter. Strain the mixture and set aside. 3. ⁠Apply a thin layer of oil into the mould and heat up over gas stove. 4. ⁠Pour the batter into the heated mould. 5. ⁠Spoon the sugar at the centre of the kueh. 6. ⁠Cover and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. 7. ⁠Remove the kueh from the mould, serve warm with tea or coffee.
