Only downside is no good ) way to transport meat if you had to. Obviously that's where they cut the weight. Does it seem like accessories meant for their larger packs would work on this, such as side carry rifle? I'm close to pulling the trigger on this, just may have to see to get it and see how I can rig up some attachment points on the outside. Not having any clear attachment points for a pouch or two is a downside for me, but everything else on it seems perfect.

Since they went on sale at the beginning of the month for like 30% off, I bought the 3000 for hunting areas where I won't be far from my truck, long day backpacking, and minor stuff. I also bought the LT Pro 4000 for multi-day hunts and backpacking. That can handle more weight than my back can, so the max number is irrelevant lol.

Nice review. Does the hip belt on the 1500 just pull out like the 1200, or is it connected to the frame by a twist cam, velcro, or ? Tks!

Divide & Venture Divide hip belts are all removable. Combined with compression fitting and velcro attachments inside the sleeve.

Why did you discontinue the venture 1800 and 2300?
