I made a little mistake! Kuji kiri are 9 symbolic cuts you make infront of you and Kuji-In uses actual Hand Seals combined with mantra!

what's the origin of shikamaru's little 'thinking' hand mudra thingy?

it kinda looks like dhyana mudra but im pretty sure its something else. Dhyana mudra is a gesture used for concentration and creativity. Buddha used it. This seal is not one of the basic 12 seals.
