I have double em I didn't manage to get full set, Would the dmg be decreased? I have only 960em. Why is her dmg increase in lvl90 is it because she have more atk

If you have only 2 pieces of EM instead of 3 pieces then yes, your character is not at it's full potential. You can do even more damage if you put a full set of EM on her. No, there is no relation of dmg increase with atk here. As I also said in the video that hyperbloom is a transformative reaction and The damage resulted from it is based on the player's character level and Elemental Mastery, and it will not crit. So the only way to increase the dmg is by increasing the player's level and Elemental Mastery.

Yes you can. You just need to make sure you have a lot of EM stacked on your electro character and have a support character equipped with deepwood memories. Then you can easily get to 30k or even higher.
