Hi Karen! I just had to praise Lily for a bit because I'm testing for her and helping my friend through the poisoned apple top and it just reminds me how much I love her work!.... And Francesca started it, so.... I'm clearly not the guilty party here 😂

Thank you so much!! It's fun in it's own occasionally painful way 😂😉 luckily the hard part is over so looking forward to finishing it up when I'm back! Thanks for watching.

Every time you show your husband's jumper, I am amazed. I applaud you for getting through all of that purling tbl, and you can totally toot your own horn and say you've done a good job. But really, just be honest and say you've done a great job 😏. Looking forward to seeing your sisters top - interesting construction! - and your Slow Down. Thanks for the shout out and your kind words as well ❤. And tbh, sometimes I look back at my calculations and have NO clue what they mean. So basically, sorry that you get lost when I talk math, but I get myself lost too so... fun times haha.

I still cannot believe you washed that yarn! 🤯 I’m kinda impressed. Only kinda though. I tease you to bring out the best of you, like the yarn washing. We all know you would not have done it without my extra push 😬 Love you ❤️

Thanks for the size inclusive recommendations! I often hack patterns to fit my shape so it’s wonderful to hear there is a designer who gets that. Lovely podcast! Have a lovely holiday xxx

The test knit for Kat turned out so pretty, I love the shaping on you, it’s a very flattering fit! Your husbands jumper looks so amazing, love the texture and your yarn choice! The top you’re knitting for your sister looks lovely and structured too, thanks for telling us about the construction, I can’t wait to see this when it’s an FO. Yay for joining the west knits MKAL! If I wasn’t trying to clear my needles before it starts , I’d totally join Joji’s kal too, I love her patterns!

Hi! I really enjoyed your podcast and have subscribed. I found you because Francesca, the Italian Knitter, sent me your way. I love your energy, your knitting and your project choices. Enjoy your vacation! If I don't want to wait 3 weeks to see you again, I'll watch an earlier podcast (Christina from Canada)

I was just watching your podcast at lunch and was gonna recommend that when you asked for suggestions. I also chose not to do the lightweight hipster because of the cross stitches I did that on the West MKAL last year and never again.

I've made a couple of cardigans in Dooish yarn. I washed it after the garments were finished. I love the yarn also. It bloomed beautifully after washing. My daughter liked the so much that I gave her both cardigans. I love the sheepy smell and the oil while knitting 🧶🧶

I really like drops Nepal and Lima, the alpaca component makes it so soft. It DOES smell super bad when you're blocking tho 😂😂😂😂 Dry it in the spare room.

About size inclusitivity..I only buy patterns that have my size, why would I buy patterns that are either too big or too small for my size? How does that work?
@kukieknits2 жыл бұрын
Hi Barbara, a lot of knitters won't buy a pattern that isn't size inclusive even if it caters to their size, so I just thought I'd mention she has a great size range. Great to know that you had a good experience with Dooish, I love their colours and would love to knit more patterns. Thanks for watching!
