Many thanks for all the great kurkrin reviews . I found you while searching for puncture repairs , been using your method , modified a bit, on me bogist m5 pro. Many many punctures down the line i managed to twist and break my hub motor cable. Its going to the shop for new cable and to fit solid rear tire. Would be great if they made a connecter on the cable to be able to disconnect from battery when changing punctures. I Have been looking to upgrade the Bogist, decided on the Kukirin g2 pro until i seen your review and the steering wobble, then decided on the M3 after your review and watching the crash testing, what a scooter but been looking everywhere cant find it for sale anywhere ,any idea why its discontinued . Now for me its between this one the g2 max or the m4 pro as need a seat, as my feet are killing me after 10hour shift as a Chef. So great to hear your working with kukirin to tell them what we really need n to develop better scooters. I use my scooter everyday for work in London so many punctures, i need better reinforced air tires front, better solid tyres rear, better rear suspension . Some of us I am 56 are not that bothered about speed , torque for hill climbs, to get up the ramps that go over busy roads, a good battery , steering dampening as standard, tell them to work on these things my good man, i kinda recon you would have already 🙂 Can you find me an M3 haha. Keep up the great work keeping us all informed with your down to earth reviews . Just recently there was a post in a group I'm in, about a g2 pro that had the cable connections melted because the user was bit overweight and was using it on a hill... obviously these scooters with single motors wasn't really created for people who are near the weight limit and its recommended to get a dual motor scooter if the user is that heavy... but it got me a bit worried that kukirin probably use the same bad connections in every model they are selling... The weather in my area is slowly changing to be more and more hotter and even if I'm not using my g2max that much it can easily happen in just one season that the connections between the controller and motor will fall apart and it can cause damage... The company makes good scooters in affordable prices but they should focus on the proper wiring rather then on a flashy design... imo I own one and now I'm aware what are the disadvantages of getting a cheap scooter but this is what i got as I can't afford something else... And what I mentioned above just one example and it will not going to happen to everyone, it just got me thinking... Great video.. I recently started to watch your channel and my favorite one is the M3 review that scooter is getting skipped and slept on by a lot of people but if they make an upgraded version with bigger battery (hoping for a dual motor or just a stronger one) and it will still have the same qualities it surely become a bestseller..

G2 Pro was a bad design and when I reviewed it, I said don’t buy it. Reason was mainly the deck, very small and not much space for the controller/battery which resulted in controllers getting cooked along with the cables. So, G2 Max of course is larger in size but has a better reputation. M3, it’s a pitty it’s getting discontinued but no doubt something will be developed in its place. I’m planning to do a full dedicated video just for all the Kukirin scooters I’ve tested and what I think about about each model. I think I would like the G2 Max, but I was wrong. As it stands, G2 Max for sitting, G4 for standing. M5 Pro I’ll be reviewing soon and maybe the G3 Pro 23Ah model! Thank you for the support 👊🏼

The thing about the Kukirin g4 is that the brake discs are held on by 3 bolts instead of 6. Why did they even do that? to sacrifice safety and gain a couple of cents?

@@modikorepina604 never had an issue to be honest. Like anything, regular maintenance and checkups are vital on any scooter.

I just got mine this week and today tested it for the first time. I rode 15 kilometres full throttle with speed capped to 30kmh and the battery went down to 55%. Solid scooter, hope it will last for a long time.

Quite good range with 55% left. Keep the tyres around 45psi ⚡️

Just typed in google about g2 max, and this came up, is this correct, With the new upgrade 10-inch self-healing tubeless tires, the MAX G2 is well-prepared to support your riding performances with better durability and adaptability for complex road conditions. And thanks to the jelly layer in the tire which seals a puncture that is 4 mm or less in the tire tread, you can ride with peace of mind!

Not sure what website you got this from but it is incorrect. No jelly inside as this is mainly on tubeless tyres. Tyres on the G2 Max are 10inch tubed tyres.

Suspension is quite stiff, it’s great off road but my commute includes a lot of pot holes…riding on the seat especially, at anything 20mph+ I literally jump off my seat (80+kg) & loose control for a split second. Should I just break the shocks in or definitely adjust?

@@h2611 it’s ok suspension but definitely ain’t much travel. You can try and upgrade them.

I just received my G2 Max yesterday, how come its reaching the top speed of 55km/h only when im going downhill, and on a flat road im going maximum 40km/h.. so dissapointed with that , but all happy with all the other features.. :)

You naturally would go faster downhill. Top speed depends on weight, wind resistance and battery charge. Also tyre pressure should be 45psi. Low pressure reduces speed

Theres a french youtuber wiping out on it. The basics of it is that the front and back wheel "plates" or arms if you prefer are too thin, and they bend quite badly when you take a turn or put load on them avoid at all costs, you will loose your teeth with that scooter” ?

@@Movelectrics i also seen a video on g2 max, stating tyres can puncture easily, i do like the build of the g2 max better than the g4, i have still undecided which one to go for, if i had the money i would go for g3 pro, but i think the g4 is better than all the others for stability and speed

@@PaulC-hm4py most punctures are caused by low tyre pressure. 45/50psi max I always put in. Some tyres are better quality than others. Of course G4 has tubeless hard compound tyres which you can fix more easily.

Avoid M4 Pro. I made 6 videos on that scooter and it ain’t maintenance free. If you need a seated scooter, save that little bit more and get this G2 Max or the beefier M5 Pro (I’ll be reviewing that soon)

If you haven't gotten the M4 pro yet you should get the g2 pro, I've tried both and I have to say the g2 pro is just much more comfortable and it goes faster. and it comes with a seat which makes it great for long rides and its only €30 more than the M4 pro

I got 50 outta the g2 pro. But its wobbly after 40. Suspension not great. Quite dangerous over bumps. Pay the extra and get this. I fell off the g2 pro. So did my pal in work and nephew. The max is much better. After being on them and the g3 pro, the g2 pro is the most dangerous (@45kph)
