Heat the ghee in a pan, add the cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, peppercorns and black cardamom. Then, add the onions and sauté till they turn golden-brown. then add 4 Tomatoes , 2tsps coriander powder , 1/2 tsps turmeric powder , ginger , few mint leaves , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder , 5 green chilli, salt to taste, garlic and vegetables option mix it well for 5 mins 2 cups of rice soak it for hour , then put it in pressure cooker add masala gravy and 2 cups of water , 3 whistle , your veg briyani is ready
