Just want to put a point here.....sir you said "only one judge voted against India" and that judge is from pakistan...so we can clearly see that justifications provided by Pakistan were false, just sake for the country Pakistani judge gave his vote to Pakistan..... So my point is judge is giving vote here not on the basis of proofs provided by party but on the basis of his sentiments....so isn't it possible that supreme court judges give their verdict on the basis of their sentiments in some cases? And whether this kind of behaviour can be justified?
