@@nataliemahan1087 It's mostly all false. The University gets funding to produce articles .. that need to get published in a journal who's only customers are the same Universities .. so the journal publishes a bunch of bs for their customers with the 'peer review' process being anonymous and done by other Universities that are funding the same publications. It's all smoke and mirrors.
