Had a pretty bad experience at this restaurant. Won't say that the food was bad.. Must say that it was good but the overall service was not upto the mark. I had reserved a table through zomato, that too a day in advance, but the restaurant had no idea of the same. Took us a good half an hour to get the things sorted out and get us a table which was really in a small corner and seemed secluded. Had to wait another 15mins before someone came and clear the table of the leftovers from the previous diners. The wait staff took their own time to bring in the cutleries and the it was a now a good one hour since our time of arrival, that we started eating!!! Again while serving starters we had to wait a lot before someone would come to our table, perks of being seated in a secluded corner. Like said I have no complaints regarding the food, but service was really pathetic. Won't visit this place again.

Straight forward in Hindi- "GHATIYA" . I was there on 24th march evening on my birthday with family & friends. I heard lot about this place but my experience was pathetic here. This Place was Overcrowded, Do not have proper management to take care of customers. Even they are feeding burnt food to their customers. I recommend don't go there. Barbeque nation is much more better place than Marketplace. I just want to add one more thing everyone including washroom cleaners & Vallet parking persons were forcefully asking for tips. It was my hilarious experience with Marketplace.
