It's such a haunting sound. When I was little, I grew up in the country. The neighbor kids and I used to play far and wide in the fields and woods around the houses. The neighbors had a "call" they'd use to get us to come back home when it was suppertime. We'd call back to let them know we heard it, and were on our way. It was similar to this, and it echoed deep into the woods, so we'd always hear it. I'd never seen it used since. Turns out I guess we were just like these cows. LOL. Beautiful.

Yes, my cat LOVES these videos. I don't regularly watch this channel, but I have found that playing any of the kulning videos brings her to the room immediately. She gets extremely happy and rubs her face all over my phone every single time. So cute.

They trust people because they are domesticated. Not all civilizations managed to domesticate livestock.

Ofc not, there are two reasons to have livestock in Sweden. Meat and milk. We consume alot of milk. I don't think she would buy a cow just to see it slaughtered so I'm guessing Stjärna is a "dairy cow"(mjölkko). Or if Jonna just keeps her as a pet, might be the case, but the other ones are not pets.

They are animals, don't treat them like persons. Their meaning is what you give to them, what you really value is your feelings for the cow and not the cow itself. Cows have no intrinsic value. When not domesticaded and eaten by humans, they're eaten by other animals in the wild. That's what cows are, huge stock of meat.
