M R caffeine builds a tolerance. It’s crap. Use only on emergency days...Aka not often. Only supplements that work according to research: Creatine (3 grams a day) Beta alanine Citruline malate Buy that stuff cheap from not popular brands: save money + get jacked
@R180924 жыл бұрын
@M R Don't listen to the guy above. Beta alanine doesn't have enough concrete evidence that it works. Creatines effective dosage is more along the lines of 5grams a day Citrulline Malate has limited evidence it works. It will open up the veins and allow for a greater pump, which even if it does nothing for you outside of the pump, it may help with mind muscle connection (6-8g). Caffeine is cheap and effective as well. Countless studies indicate that it helps with performance as well as overcome sleep deprivation(on those days you miss sleep). Yes you can build a tolerance and thus limiting your intake on non gym days or cycling off for a week or two every month or so should be fine.

They always are on ridiculous 3-6 hour training sessions and claim to eat only chicken, broccoli and brown rice - a nutrient deficient diet. You think all that is achievable naturally in a year? He makes me so proud and gives me the motivation to do anything I want in life. If he can do it, so can I. I read his article in Men's Health where he said when he broke into acting and got a chance to be in a Marvel TV show, he thought to himself that he didn't just want to be a random character in a Marvel product. He wanted to be a Marvel superhero. His co-actor from Silicon Valley, Martin Starr is a funny doofus teacher in the MCU Spider-Man movies. His character from Silicon Valley actually ridicules "Dinesh" and always has the upper hand on him. But in real life, Kumail Nanjiani stepped up and transformed himself to land a superhero role in a Marvel movie. I think I went on a tangent but bravo Kumail. BRAVO!

If people think he achieved this physique naturally is an idiot. I’m not knocking down on his hard work cuz at the end you still gotta put in the work even when you’re taking steroids. He went from a shit physique to this in a very short time span. Even newbies that start lifting weights won’t achieve this physique within a year, they’ll look a better version of themselves, but not this kind of lean muscularity look he’s got. If I have to guess his first cycle, he probably did 400-500mg of test E and some anavar for 12-16 weeks. He probably stopped the var after week 8, and just continued on with test. And right now after his cycle, he’s just cruising at TRT dose. It’s common in hollywood to hop on steroids for movie roles and they have to achieve a certain physique in a short amount of time. The human doesn’t simply put on 20-30 lbs of muscles NATURALLY per year. If you consistently get sufficient amount of sleep 7-8 hours every night, lift weights 5-6 times a week focusing on muscle tension/time under tension, stay injury free, always consistently tracking/meeting your calories, stay stress free, and you do this for a whole year it’s possible to put on maybe 5-10 lbs of pure quality natural muscle

Anytime an actor gets in really good shape for a role everybody wants to scream steroids. Think about this, an average person working a normal 9-5 can probably hit the gym three times a week. Kumail had the best dieticians, a personal trainer and he could dedicate everyday to working out probably even twice a day. There's know way of confirming whether or not he did or did not use steroids but just remember this guy could dedicate all of his time to working with the best in that business. Normal people don't have that luxury.
@popeye6974 жыл бұрын
What separates him from the average noob is the fact that he had everything paid for, including the best personal trainers and nutritionist studio money can buy. Because of this, I am definitely an idiot because i know he did it naturally. This is totally achievable under those conditions. He started his training back in 2018, so it's not out pf the question that his body could change this dramatically. It wasn't a short period of time, but i get that many will believe otherwise rather than accept that it could be done. Some people need it not to be true because they never reached their own goals.
