My Didima used to make this and I used to turn my nose up at this dish, along with chochodi, dalna, mudi ghonto, etc. In Pune, I don't eat like this anymore and that brought a tear to my eye after watching this video today. Good work by the Bong Eats team.

A large part of Bengal prefers river fish over sea fish, simply because we are a land crisscrossed by rivers. I love Japanese food but sea weed might be too alien. But sea urchin has a sweeter flavor, so could work.

অনেকের বাড়িতে শাক আর ফল একসাথে রান্না করতে মানা। কুমড়ো শাক এর সাথে কুমড়ো দেওয়া যাবে না। লাউ শাকে লাউ দেয়া বারণ। যাই হোক, মুসুর ডাল দেওয়ার concept ভালো লাগল। করে দেখব কেমন হয়ে।😊
