Ningol chakouba is of one the biggest festival of manipur celebrated in the second lunar day of Hiyangei (October-November) month of Meitei calendar. It is celebrated in the theme of strengthening the bond of love between married ningol (Meitei for 'ladies') and their paternal families.In this festival,married ladies are invited to their parental homes to have a feast together with their fathers, brothers and uncles to tighten the bond of love between the ladies and their parental homes.But unfortunately this year due to this ongoing conflict...we the manipuris are not celebrating this festival and this song describes how all the women in Manipur feels pain when this festival has arrived

I'm a Meitei girl with only 17 yrs of age but as of my feelings to be expressed truely We r really suffering hard brdr☺️both community is on fire of anger but deep down we all miss our peace Kangleikpak.
