I remember staying up to watch him at 0200 when he was 17 playing for Independiente(2006). He did this same move and two defenders fell over same time while tracking him. I must've yelled because a housemate woke up asking me what was going on. Luckily he caught the replay. Hard to think fifteen years have passed and his career is over due to the jab. It's crazy and amazing at the elite level, how these players think. In anyone of their masterclass videos it shows how incredibly quick their thought process is. To us mere mortals, it just looks simple, like they just do it but the thought process behind it, the calculation of pace & power, the precision is just crazy. We watch them on TV, thinking & expecting he should do this, he should shoot now, turn, dribble etc. from the easy perspective of a 3rd person sitting at home on a sofa. But they do it in real time, think, measure and execute all those moves perfectly like how we dream it perfectly the way we want in our heads! There are these players on KZbin, manybe semi-pro or advanced amateurs who can shoot, dribble really well but mostly for show in a controlled environment. But they are shown the levels again & again everytime they do a video with these elite players. Aguero is a legend, one of the best CF of this generation. So unfortunate and sad that he had to retire this early!
