My hubby is a big fan of Hyderabadi Biryani. After a huge internet search I gave a shot to this recipe , add Cilantro and 1& 1/2 lemon juice while marinated the meat. Adjust red chillie powder per taste buds .Biryani came out soooo delicious as authentic. Highly recommend recipe 👌

Apka recipe bataneka tarika bohot hi owesom hai.. jyada headache nhi lgta.. bich me koi gap nhi hoti idhar udhar k bato k karan.. our hard recipe bhi easy lagti hai.. kum time me lambi recipe dimag me fit ho jati hai.. techniques k sath.. abtk maine 10 se jyada bar biryani banayi hai bit hrbar u-tube dekhna padta hai.. ab iske bad nhi dekhna padega atleast not for biryani ❤️
