When my fav chef makes ' aloo ki sabji it feels good. Usually we bengalis love aloo in our food. And bhindi is no exception 😅. And my UP wale friends would say ' aloo in bhindi? Bhindi ki to swad hi kharab kar dete ho tum bengalis !! Chalo koi nai. I love the togetherness of bhindi and aloo cooked the way just like you showed here, sometimes minus the onions.

When you put Potato in oil, you add salt, and Lal mirch powder. To Potato, even if you like you add Dhania powder to it. Even you add little kasuri methi to it.even little Chat Masala
